I am looking to purchase a comforter down/down alternative, coat and pants! What would keep me the warmest in the winters for the coat and pants? And what keep me the coolest in the summer but warm during the winters for the comforter?

Get a down coat for the winter. I think it's goose or duck feathers. Also buy a warm hat and gloves. To keep cool buy shorts and go to Jones Beach.

Try flannel sheets, fleece blanket and a nice big down comforter. For a jacket get a Colombia or a sky jacket they are very warm. In the winter wear layers, long johns, extra shirts, if you get warm you can shed a layer or two. In the summer get an AC, wear shorts and tank tops. Best of luck to you.
