Hi,my nanna died two years ago and I love her so much and I really want to talk to her in my dreams.Is there anyway I can do that peacefully without bringing any kind of bad spirits (l am definitely not using a ouji board)or etc.?You have absolutely NO idea how much this is appreciated.Thanks for your time and hopefully your answer.

Hi, I am not reading any other replies you may have receive, so I apologize if I am repeating something someone already suggested.
If your nanna wants to speak with you, she can appear to you in your dreams. But you can encourage this by thinking about her as you are getting in to bed for the night. As you lay there and are starting to drift to sleep, think of her and invite her to come see you in your dreams.
Another way you can reach her is to do a visualization. Many people are confused by this because they think they are sort of daydreaming, but try it. Sit in a comfortable manner, on the floor or on a chair or sofa. Do not lie down because you do not want to fall asleep for this. Now, close your eyes and take three or four very slow, deep breaths relax. Breathing in your are aware of your breath. Breathing out you smile. Now, think of your nana, imagine that she is standing right there with you. Can you see her in your mind? Talk to her. Go ahead. The answers you get may start out being your own, but if you practice this method you may find that the answers are coming from her.

I don't know how you can talk to your beloved nanna in your dreams, since we really don't have much control over what we dream. And ouiji boards are a bit of nonsense, not necessarily connected to evil spirits, although reputed to be. I would say the best way to communicate with your nanna is to write letters to her and place them under her grave stone with a bouquet of flowers. Or you can even speak to her at her grave, as I've often seen people do in the movies. I send messages up to heaven for my parents all the time, and I know they are watching over me. I like to think of deceased loved ones as guardian angels that protect us. I'm sure your nanna is watching over you, and protecting you from harm. Also, I'll bet she would love to hear from you.
