You should decide how many calories you want in your diet, and then I would recomend looking for items that are low calorie, but also low fat, but it all depends on what you are doing for your diet. The main thing for a diet to work is just to consume fewer calories than what you are burning, so lower calorie is best. But the thing about just lower calorie is that you don't want to get something that is lower calorie, but still has a ton of fat, and you don't want to get something that is low calorie but with a ton of sugar. Just look at the labels and you need to figure out what fits into YOUR diet.

Every day, walk for 30 minutes or more, briskly when it the walking start to get easier (it will) then go a little longer... and keep a good diet::
Eating options:
-Stay away from beef (high in fat)
-Do NOT eat any fried foods
-Eat more mini-meal rather that a few large meals
-I know this may sound weird, but go poo atleast once a day, it takes off some weight ; )
Daily plan:
-Start your day off with anything high in fiber (1/2 a cup of fiber one plus yopliat LIGHT yogurt it good). avoid sugary cereals
-For lunch have salads (watch the dressing), 100 cal or less soups, veggies, grilled chicken with a bit of bbq sauce, or even those microwave meals, but make sure they are LOW in fat and calories (200-250 cal and 4-5 grams of fat).
-snack time: if you want coffee, keep it to ONE cup a day. if you want some chips, make sure you get BAKED!!! Pita chips are great! Fruits and veggies are goood for munching. And protien bars with keep you full for a longer amount of time. drinks like slim fast work too.
-Dinner: anything that is 300 calories or less, and less tham 7 grams of fat....
-dessert: sugar free jello or pudding. ice cream: dryer's slow churned ice cream (1/2 the fat of reg). gelato works well also (it is incredibly delicious)
Chocolate: have it 3 times a week and only about 1 ounce... stick to dark chocolate, it actually has some nutritional value : ).
keep a calorie chart, in your mind, do 2,000 calories or less...
exercise::
do the walk
then make sure you do 3 sets of 20 squats a day.
good luck!! (I dropped 10 lbs after this type of diet...)

No such thing, it's easy if only you really want to . Never think in terms of diet but of life style change. Exercise should be something you enjoy doing to stay with it. Eat more healthy , there is plenty of information on the net to learn of a more healthy life style.
