Good question. If you ask me its Family Treasure or Personal Pleasure. I have a pic I will use for example. Two of my boys naked on the potty. You can see one of their little boy parts and the other you can see his butt. I have the pic because nether of them was potty trained yet. In our hands its family treasure. In the other it is Kiddy Porn because it shows naked toddlers, and its being used for the purpose of sexual pleasure one way or the other. The pic can be of anything with a naked child in it. You might find some sites saying the child has to be butt naked or have general privates showing and others will say all he has to be in is underwear.. Some sites or resources might say a pic is porno only if you see the front privates since not everyone one has a little boy part or a little girl part. thats why you never see little boys and girls parts on TV, just the tush. Even TV shows like Americas Funniest Videos will block the front and back privates now a days. back a few years ago they only blocked adult and grown kids privates. . I agree with the underwear part as a minimum standard. I to have a billion photos of my boys. tons of them naked pics, that show a private or two. these photos are never taking for the reason to picture their privates, Just taking for the reason of we take a-ton of pics of our boys, and that they just happen to be naked a-lot. And they never go online or on a internet ready comp.

I think the difference would be your having pictures of YOUR son, and these people actively searching the internet for nude pictures of children (that are not theirs).
There is no line drawn as to what is considered porn and what is not. I have heard of some photo studios refusing to print portraits of naked babies on the rug, or in the tub. But it is left up to the discretion of the developer as to whether it is porn or not.
I would think that a definite line would be drawn at anything that could be perceived as sexual, or if there were other people in the photo nude, unnatural poses, etc.
If these are your personal pictures, I would not worry about it.

I think it is a matter of how that picture is used. I am not sure though. There is probably a very fine line now that child porn has become such an issue world wide. Best bet would be to ask a social worker or a police officer I guess. I could give you a better answer if my step mother(a social worker) was not on vaction at the moment.

I have no idea, I have A TON of little baby bootie pictures on flickr of my 6 month old. Theyre for family and friends, since we're all so far apart.
I think those were pictures of school age children. I cant imagine pictures of babies being considered porn.
Personally, I really think I have just a few more short months of safe naked baby pictures, after that he'll just be too old for that sort of thing. Mostly because I want him to have a sense of modesty.
We live in such a sick world.

Anything over the age of 2 is inappropriate. My brothers ex father in law was a child porn freak.... he had pornographic pics of his adoptive children.. how gross.... my brother stumbled across them one day he was at his house and about freaked out... some people are weird.. these pics were of the children in the later years... around 10 or so.. no wonder all the kids were messed up... but it wasn't their fault.

when you put it on the net for any perv to look at or charge for your site to be looked at with pics of your son. THAT IS PORN.
Home photos that fall into the norm are fine but remember whoever processes them for you can make copies so be careful

I think it depends on the age. If its a baby or a toddler than thats fine but when its like an 8 year old, I think thats when the cops should be called
