The must vile trash talking in YA is definitely the political forum. The sexists, bigots, racists, religious nuts, atheists, feminists and so on have nothing on the "cons" and "libs." It's cut throat over there. They attack each other ruthlessly.

I agree, Politics and Society is probably the most ruthless with R&S being next in line, then Gay and Lesbian coming up right behind. the BIG three has always been the major source of unrest among people since the Dawn of humanity. Politics, Religion and Sex.

If you are talking about the different sections then I would say it would be a toss up for a lot of them. R&S, Politics, Military, Gay/Lesban/Trans, I could go on all night. Even Mythology and Folklore and the Pregnancy and Parenting sections have their moments. Depends on the day, time and people's moods. It is all just childish.

I feel like it's the Polls and Surveys category, but that's only because that's where I spend my time....
I don't have first hand knowledge of any other categories... if it gets worse out there, I'm glad I don't!

I'll say that the MENTAL HEALTH section is the most attacked because they see us with problems & prey on us & give us insulting answers to make us more depressed.
