There's no program "like" photoshop - it's the gold standard.

However, you can try "gimp" for windows.

the excellent photograph modifying utility, Adobe Photoshop, isn't ordinary to apply. in case you desire something extra handy to apply, you're searching for an easier image editor. attempt Photoshop components 11 - that is only $ninety 9 - that is designed for begineers. in case you have action picture photos, you would be wanting a scanner to get them on your laptop. No utility can extend small photos devoid of lowering their high quality, no longer even the excellent utility. that isn't any longer conceivable. you could desire to test them at a extra suitable decision.

If your sick of overpriced software and operating systems based on the GNU public licensing agreement, you are free to use the software for non business purposes. I use Inkscape SVG Vector illustrator although gimp is impressive. You can install this on your windows OS, but I'd rather install it on mandriva Linux for free.

I was told by 2 sets of tourists from Canada and the USA that the best online are Picassa and flickr. We discussed editing and they both mentioned these. Give it a try
