If god existed, and he supposedly created the devil, why wouldn't he just get rid of the devil - or better yet, being all knowing, why wouldn't he just not create him in the first place, knowing that he would eventually go bad and turn against him? Sure, they say he gave humans free will, but I thought angels were supposed to be unquestioning servants of god. Hmm. I guess it really doesn't matter, since it's mythology, and all.

God could kill the devil and will when the time comes, when the earth will be cleansed of all sin. The reason he didn't in the begining, was to prove that he was merciful, loving and kind. Because he wanted the angels to serve Him out of love not fear. something that would not have been possible had He killed Satan/ the Devil on the spot.

In a nut shell the beings that God has created (Angels and People) are everlasting. The devil was judged, is being judged and will be judged. Death for an angelic being is probably not an option, however I'm not an expert. Suffice it to say it appears to me from the Biblical accounts of angels they do not get killed. But they do get judged. that's all I can say for now.

God has provided for the deliverance of mankind through the paying of the ransom by Jesus Christ. But God has done more. He has passed a death sentence on Satan the Devil, the one who led mankind into sin. (Revelation 12:7-9) God will soon confine that guilty one and will finally execute judgment by ‘hurling him into the lake of fire and sulphur,’ symbolizing eternal destruction. (Revelation 20:1-3, 7-10, 14) With the elimination of this wicked spirit creature and through the application of the ransom, mankind will enjoy deliverance not only from the grip of sin and death but also from the influence of Satan.

If God "killed the devil," then he wouldn't be just.
At the judgment God will be found just in everything he does, and so, every knee will bow to him.

No because good and evil co-exist with each other. Without one the other cannot exist. So neither good nor evil will "triumph."

G,
CHRIST defeated satan at Calvary. HE has already won the war! GOD has already condemned satan to HELL. HE does not lie so HE will not "kill satan". Each and every man and woman have a choice as to whether they are going to spend eternity with our FATHER or with satan. You make your choice and I will make mine. I hope that you think about this before you finish your time on this world. Have a nice evening.
Thanks,
Eds

God wouldn't know what he's doing. He never knows what's going on. He can't be counted on.
