If you could measure the heat on your face, generally it would be your nose and mouth area that registers the highest temp especially if you don't have a fever. I could understand why you sweat there but generally you would also sweat around your lips also.

Are you sure it's not excess oil?
Try 50/50 vinegar to water. Wash thoroughly and air dry. The smell will leave after thoroughly dry. Watch the eyes.

it's common in nearly most people.....it's due to black heads....sebaceous fat glands are active in this area....so the secretion accumulates under skin causing black heads then keeps secreting causing the greasy look nose to get rid of that......get a cleanser that removes black heads that's the first step...then use something to dry ur nose from time to time and clean it...u can have always a paper in ur hand to clean ur nose from out side when it's hot.

ME TO!! What's up with that? I hate it ...it's totally annoying and my makeup won't stay put more than 3 minutes. I don't know why we get that, but you are SO not alone... Mine is not oil, it's presperation
