Has anyone ever taken metformin for type 2 diabetes? How was it...?

does it contain sulfer i have three no"S and one yes but I've been told both answers so don't know what to believe...

Metformin does not contain sulfur. It is used in overweight diabetics. It facilitates the entry of endogenous insulin into cells. Metformin does not stimulate pancreas to produce more insulin. Strenuous exercise eliminates the need for Metformin.

many of the type 2 DM contain sulfa...they are called sulfureas...but i will agree with SAMI,,,metformin doesn't.
