Great cars i have only ever seen one.
Best place to source would be Australia as i have seen a good few on sites there.I cannot comment on Japan as apart from the gtr meet there i have seen one on pics from the show there.

Is this a model you really like or is it just a Skyline you wanted.
The older brother the r32 is a great car i had one a few months ago before i got the r33 and the r32 so great fun all round a pleasure to drive. And took me on a long road trip with no problems at all.

I have the r33 spec 2 gts-t version. Only had for 3 months as had the r32 before.Atm front splitter /rear spats/sideskirts/rear high level spoiler/rear strut bar/rear tinted windows/iridium plugs/upgraded brakes/high performance oil and changed fuel filter.Next week to be fitted greedy kelvar timing belt new belts all round/N1 GTR water pump/new bearings idler tensioner. As wanted to upgrade pump and belt before add more bhp.Next decat with big bore urban x muffler/ fmic/.boost valve.change to noisey dump valve.Apexi Induction .new wheels/ divx player motorised screen back in from the R32.Performance gear box oil and filter change.
So far its been the boring bits as didnt want to add power etc until belts oils etc had been upgraded.

Why would you want such an old car that will not meet Safety and emissions standards. Plus right hand drive? Importers have mostly been sued for not getting bonds released and EPA killed the rest off. Your money would best be spent on any number of American Legal Cars. Viedo Games glorified the R-31. And there were not very many made in the first place. Good luck finding one if you really wanted one your time might have past five years ago.

Dude, just import one and register it as an emmisions exempt Maxima and use a Maxima VIN. They look enough alike most dumbasses won't know the difference.
