that would research and then develop new supplements and training methods targeting toward bodybuilding...like research how things effect the body then develpo from that to produce new and improvedand safer supplements,diets and training toward bodybuilding..and maybe on a team like dr heuer on muscletech or something?thanks

The study of motion is kinesiology. Usually people that are into athletic training or physical fitness go into this field. Another alternative would be pharmacology. If you're developing drugs or supplements, pharmacology research would be fitting. There is also biochemistry, organic chemistry, and chemical engineering. Any of those would likely get you there too. It's all about who you're working with and what aspect you're most interested in.

R & D is the field (research and development)
the doctor title depends on the specific field of study, simply testing or improving can be done in a study (like a double blind study, etc...)

If the doctor headed the team in the study he/she would be the Director of that R & D team/field.

not sure but you could ask your family medicine doctor and i'm sure he would know and aslo give you the referell you probably would need
