first of all, i am NOT trying to become stick thin. I'm 89 lbs b/c i'm really short for my age, 4' 10".
Now, i want to lose some weight so i can overall look a bit leaner, and especially on my stomach. I know that excersise cant target one specific area, but i don't want to keep losing weight in such a way that my jeans will become more loser. See, i wear the smallest size out there. 00Short.
Anyways, what i want to lose is my STOMACH. It bothers me a lot, and is pretty disporpotionate to the rest of my body.
Any ideas? I've been cutting back on calories and doing crunches, though i know only crunches wont make the flab go away.
Also, i'd like to lose most of my stomach(3-4") in around a month. is that possible or not?

I'm sorry, but I think this is a very bad idea. I would not let my daughter try anything like this. If you are determined to try to tighten your stomach, get to a doctor. Have a doctor oversee every part of this venture. Let him tell you how many calories, and how many crunches and what kind of exercise equipment to use.
Sweetie, you cannot possibly have any flab. Every adult, even the short ones, need to weigh 100 lbs.
If you won't do the dr. thing I proposed up there, at least compromise with me--no dieting, only healthy eating, join an athletic club and get a personal trainer to help you with the exercises.
Okay? Don't lose weight--gain muscle.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

One exercise that targets the stubborn stomach area is called The Bicycle. To do The Bicycle, simply lay on the floor pressing your lower back to the ground. Your hands are beside your head. Bring your knees to an approximate 45-degree angle and slowly go through the motion of pedaling a bicycle. Your left elbow will touch your right knee and then your right elbow will touch your left knee.

I don't think you should worry too much about losing much more weight. I say you probably look good with the small amount you weigh now. =]
I'm 16 and I weigh about 102 pounds and I'm not much taller than you are. I'm about 5'2''/5'3''.

Did You Know That There are Hidden Foods That are Promoted as "Health Foods" but Actually Stimulate Your Body to Hold Onto Excess Belly Fat & Cover Up Your Six Pack Abs Like a Thick Blanket?
It's True! Scientists have even discovered that some of these particular foods can even produce a hormonal imbalance in your body that triggers belly fat to resist burning and signals it to be stored excessively. These compounds are rampant in our food supply and hard to avoid unless you know what to look for... this goes WAY beyond trans fats... there are some more sinister villians in our food too (more about that later).

well, you need to start doing cardio.
it will burn away the fat and create muscle, and also, stop eating foods filled with fat[great example:fast food] and your jeans may get a little bit loose, but they'll still fit.
