Yawning is caused by part of the brain making sure the balance of gasses is right in our blood stream. Insects don't have lungs anyway, they exchange gasses through their exoskeletons, so, no.

no bugs do not have lungs like we do, So bugs have to be able to inhale and exhale to be able to yawn. So that is why they dont yawn
