No. You'll starve yourself and your body will store the calories instead of you losing weight.

Have the cereal for breakfast with fruit juice or fruit. Use 1 or 2% milk.

The grilled sandwich was great, but add some vegetables, for instance lettuce and tomato or cucumber. Or have vegetables on the side. Have a fruit and some Crystal Lite.

For supper have some meat and vegetables with your apples and strawberries. And drink some 1 or 2% milk with your meal.

You needn't starve to lose weight. You just have to balance your meals so your body's own metabolism kicks in to do the work for you.

Read the boxes of cereal. How much sugar did you eat? You shouldn't have had more than like 10 grams of sugar all together. Keep in mind milk has like 16 grams of sugar ALREADY in a cup. Sugar can KILL a diet. Also, there is no protein in your breakfast. You need protein there. Add maybe 1/4 or 1/5 cup of mixed nuts on the side.

The lunch looks good. Make sure the bread is WHOLE WHEAT (not just whole grain... at least make sure it's not white bread).

Overall, you need to eat more. It looks like mostly sugar (from fruit and cereal). You are not getting any nutrients from that. Where is your protein (you need like 40 grams)? Where are your healthy fats (olive oil, nuts, fish)? If you only ate that much, you're gunna put on weight because your body will go into a starvation mode to produce enzymes that store fat in your cells. And you won't have enough energy after a while.

Breakfast was good. Lunch was okay. Dinner was FAR too skimpy. You need vegetables with lunch and dinner and some protein at dinner. What you had for dinner would go nicely with the cereal for breakfast.

A dietician I've consulted suggested eating fruit with some form of protein - this way you avoid the blood sugar spike.

You need to eat protein with every meal. You had no protein for breakfast and dinner. You didn't eat enough at all.
