does a 2001 ford f150 and a 2001 dodge half ton have the same bolt pattern, on the rims?

No, the half-ton has a standard heavy duty pattern, where-as the ford has a five hole pattern. I sure hope you are replacing the ram with the Ford. Nine hole I believe, on the Ram.

Ford pattern is 5 on 135mm, Dodge is 5 on 139.7mm.

BOTH are half ton trucks.
