You should be taking a vitamin every day, don't sleep more than 8 hrs a day, & go to the doctor because you may have Mono. I had it 3 times and did'nt know. I was really tierd all the time and was'nt doing anything strange or not sleeping. I even got ready for school put a dress on & fell back to sleep in it. The doctor will tell you if it's contagious or not. My boyfriend 's mom made him stay away from me when I had it. You can have Mono into your 20's and loads of people get it. Go see a doctor and Take Care !!

If you're getting enough sleep, eating well, and getting exercise, and you're still tired, seeing a doctor might be a good idea. Any number of physical problems could make you tired- an low-grade infection, anemia, low thyroid, etc- and it wouldn't hurt to be checked out for them.
Eating well is important. Make sure you're getting lots of nutrients- veggies and protein. Skip the junk food. Too much caffeine and sugar could make you tired.
Do you wake up naturally, or do you have an alarm? Strange as it might sound, some people need more than nine hours of sleep. I need nine- I've tried just sleeping for eight hours and felt like ****. When I wake up naturally, I sleep for nine- nine and a half hours. I have a friend who needs TEN! She's spending a lot of time in bed, but that's just what she needs. Once, she had me take a picture of herself in bed, pretending she was asleep. (She didn't like it 'cause she thought it made her look like she was dead!)
My friend is pretty smart, and I heard that Einstein would sleep for twelve hours a night! Maybe you're just a genius...

I use an energy drink called " ...lost Five-0" . It's a juice and energy drink mix, found at many gas stations in the section that has Red Bull and other energy drinks. Probably not a good long term solution, you should really see a doctor, or use your webcam to monitor your sleep patterns.....
Also, make sure you eat healthy and drink plenty of water. Esp. in the summer, a lack of enough water keeps toxins in the body. Excersize about an hour before bed, too. Helps you sleep better.

First you may want to make sure that you are sleeping 7-9 hours nightly. You may have sleep apnea which is where you are waking up alot through the night and not knowing it which may be the cause of feeling tired.

Try to chat with friends, or make new friends to chat with. Drink cold water throughout the day. If necessary, go to the restroom & put cold water on paper towels to help keep you awake.
Don't start eating chocolate or taking caffeine in coffee or tea, because that can cause a bad caffeine addiction! Been there, done that!
