Property was seized in 1989 by the state grand jury. another county sold it at a tax sale in 1990 taxes were paid on the property till 1991. was not released by the state till 1992.
but the property has been sold now with a new house and nobody can do anything about it.. I can't seem to find a lawyer to repersent me so I went to court alone for him to tell me we need a lawyer & the case was was to continue at a later date. Still NO LAWYER!!!! What do I do?

I'm not sure just what you're asking - I'm a little confused by your question.

If you are saying that the property was seized once by one government entity but you redeemed it and got it back, then yes it would be subject to seizure again by another govt entity.

look at the american bar association website . there are find attorneys . a real estate attorney would be good for this matter. you do not want to go to court alone for this . you barely have a chance with a lawyer . i would not attempt to represent yourself. justice doesn't always prevail. most of the time it doesn't. government has way too much power. good luck to you.
