Ask her for her number first. (If you already had it and she didn't give it to you it'd be weird) Then just call her that night or the next day.
For a courage boost, just tell yourself "life is too short to worry" Also, practice what your going to say the night before, and you should be fine. Inhale a big breath and take the plunge. Remember, there's only two things she could do. Accept or reject. Most girls would give any cute or nice guy a chance.

Yes, it is okay to call a girl back, even if you are shy, because it is better to sometimes step outside of the norm for yourself, and take a chance that could change your life rather to regret never taking that chance at all.JUST TAKE IT SLOW!

Call her!!!!, get a group of friends together and have an afternoon together, go for ice-cream, burgers, or pizza.
Get a group together to go Cosmic Bowling or Mini-golf, or even go-carting or something like that.
Cosmic Bowling is especially fun

you def. should.. she may not know your interested in her.. and she may slip away with another guy.. i know its hard.. but you can try rehearsing you conversations with her if it helps.. to take away your shyness it sometimes helps to act like your confident.. even if your really not.... i've tried acting.. and it does help.. bcuz little by little my shyness has gone away.. wish you the best of luck :) and if it doesn't work out with this girl.. then its ok.. try and be more sociable and talk to other girls.. but don't become the player type either.. im sure your gentlemen enough :)

If she is a call girl , go ahead . First you should know her well or else it would backfire. Atleast you should have a reference from her friend or you should introduce to her very politely and maybe you might succeed.Be honest ...thats it ..cheers

Yes I think that you should,or ask her if she has an email address or a myspace and talk to her on their if you are to shy to talk to her on the phone.....If you dont ask her out youll never know......

if you decide to call her talk about her....tell her how pretty you think she is and how you like her and you always have...if it doesnt work out that only means she isnt the one...everyone is meant to be with someone its just finding the right one.
