Depends whether it is physical pain or mental pain. You should make an appointment to see your doctor and explain your feelings to him. If it's depression, then whenever you have down thoughts, come on Yahoo and visit your friends. We'll all help take your pain away. Have a good week-end and don't 4get to make that doctor's appointment.

Sorry for your loss. It takes a lot of time to learn to cope with the death of those we love whether they be partners, family, or friends. The pain will get easier in time. Try to talk to people who are close to you. Express your emotions. Make time for yourself to be alone with you feelings. Just take each day a step at a time.
Big Hug for you

Mental pain is much worse than physical pain. You will have to include more information in your question for me to help. If you aren't already, go to your local mental health center (every county has one) or call a crisis line if needed. There is one in your phone book.

{{{HUG}}} Talk to someone professionally, if you can. I like to sit in a quiet, empty church to meditate and pray, because it helps me to gather my thoughts and center myself. Sitting under a shady tree in a park does the same thing for me, or losing myself in a stack of books on a library couch.
