Yes I jolly well would! And if it was areally good friend I'd dunk it in theirs as well, but then I'm not exactly full of airs and graces.
And unlike Gardengirl I would be up front about it rather than sneaking a quick dip behind my friend's back. Now that's what I call bad manners. ;0)

Never dunk your biccy in your tea, you get little floaty bits that stick in your throat.
I would wait until my friend was not looking then dunk my biccy in HER tea.

digestives (and the chocolate lined ones) or chocolate lined Hobnobs. think of the effort-free digestives are extra constructive, because of the fact they have not got lots sugar so do not make the tea style like that is have been given no sugar in afterwards.

Yes.Just a little for a Rich Tea and a bit longer for a Digestive.Hob Nobs are the best.Tough little cookies them.Almost undrownable.
