Congratulations on being the first person ever to post this in R & S. Your craftiness, wit, and refusal to search previous answers made you the star you are today.

Wow! What if God was One of Us! Not only does it reward people that have heard of the "underground" celebrity Jewel, but it carries a very deep message. I'm sure this is going on the front page tomorrow morning- if it isn't there already.

Where DO you get your ideas? No, no, on second thought, Genius like yours should be appreciated, not reproduced. May I... may I name my children after you?

If God was one of us who would save us from sin? who else can we count on in time of need? If God was one of us He won't be as merciful as He is, because as humans we can take this much and no more.

God is one, of us,
in Let "us" make man.
God is "with us", and "for us",
and "God hath given us the victory".
"God hath not appointed us to wrath".
Allegory: Grace hath not appointed us to law.
So in the end declared from beginning, there's just us.

The GRACE of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.
