If you have faith in God then He will watch over you and not allow you to suffer more than you can stand.
Without faith in God you are at the whim of Satan who loves to give and then take away.
Make a choice you are literally running out of time.

Marriage is a legal contract which gives a person ownership over their partner and their belongings. Is is also an expression of deep affection. It is symbolic of a commitment to the other person. People of no faith still like symbolism and don't need churches to marry. Marriage would exist without the bible.
A job is the only way to survive in a lot of the world. Once humans started to live in larger communities people started to specialize in their skills. Livestock, farming etc. Barter began and eventually this turned into their role in the community and their job. Jobs would exist without the bible.
Community build up around the need to find protection in numbers. Community is friendship. Friendship would exist without the bible.

Faith means believing without seeing that it exists. Which means that we have faith in quite a lot of things...for example gravity, the wind, having faith that the sun is going to come up tomorrow morning, or the tv will turn on if I touch the power button, or the Cubs will win the World Series (j/k).) So by saying that you don't have faith or faith doesn't exist is pretty much a hypocritical statement, because we all have faith in one thing or another. Faith comes into play in all areas of our life.
The Bible says in 2 Corinthians 5:7 that "we walk by faith, not by sight" in the Lord. You do not need religion to have faith. Faith is natural, no matter who you are. What the Bible says is that when you have a faith in Christ-based marriage, job, relationships, etc. (ie: belief in Christ as Son of God (Romans 10:9)) then "you will be able to know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge, that you may be fill up to all the fullness of God." Ephesians 3:19
"For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not a a result of works, so that no one may boast. For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we would walk in them. Ephesians 2:8-10 (p.s. good works is the outcome of faith)
If I haven't answered the question that you asked, go ahead and read Ephesians in the Bible it should help you out. Chapter 2 talks about the unbelievers saved by grace through faith. Ephesians chapter 4 talks about the faith with other believers, chapter 5 talks about the faith in marriage, and chapter 6 talks about the faith in family relationships.
"and the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Phil 4:7

I live my life without faith in any religion or gods, I don't lie, kill, cheat or steal, so right away you know I'm not a politician. My business is run in away where I have livable wages (that means more than the basic needs of a human)for the people who work with me, heath insurance that the company pays 100% and retirement, so right away you see I'm not a Republican, and I don't believe in having the government do anything for me, so right away you can see I'm not a Democrat. I'm a person who thinks on his own without the influence of religion, government.

EVERYTHING in life requires faith. Of course, this results in works.
For example, when you turn the tap on in the shower. You must FIRST have faith that there is water there under sufficient pressure (and temperature) that it will flow. But if you do not actually turn the tap on, will the water ever flow (under normal conditions)? But note that faith is based on evidence of history. It has been your previous experience that if you turn the tap on, the water will flow (most of the times). But you are not sure that it will flow THIS time. What faith !!
This is the type of faith (as opposed to blind faith) that found the highest approbation of Jesus when He said that the Roman Centurion had shown more faith than all of Israel. The Centurion sent a message telling Jesus that He need not come to his house to heal his sick servant. All Jesus had to do was to give the command that the servant be healed. And then he states his reason for this in that he also knew how the chain of command works FROM EXPERIENCE.

God said w/o faith it is impossible to please him. Period. Faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen. You operate in faith everyday. I have to use this one and it comes from a minister at my church but she would tell you that every single person has faith...yes they do. When you sit down in a chair you have faith that that chair is going to hold you or you wouldn't sit in it would you not? Faith is that simple. God said that he has given each and everyone one of us a measure of faith. The bible says show me your faith without works and I will show you my faith with my works...he says that faith w/o works is dead being alone. If you have faith sooner or later you will move and act on that thing. So you can't believe and not do what he says unless you lack understanding....Your lack of understanding will hinder your success in that thing but it doesn't mean that you will not receive.

As a believer faith is in every part of my life as God intends it to be. Always pray and seek God's guidance before you make decisions. No He will not send bolts of lighting down when you went the wrong way but He will give you a peace in your life even when other persecute you when you have chosen the path He has for you.

let me show you what the Bible says about faith & works
(James 2:14-26) 14Â Of what benefit is it, my brothers, if a certain one says he has faith but he does not have works? That faith cannot save him, can it? 15Â If a brother or a sister is in a naked state and lacking the food sufficient for the day, 16Â yet a certain one of YOU says to them: “Go in peace, keep warm and well fed,” but YOU do not give them the necessities for [their] body, of what benefit is it? 17Â Thus, too, faith, if it does not have works, is dead in itself. 18Â Nevertheless, a certain one will say: “You have faith, and I have works. Show me your faith apart from the works, and I shall show you my faith by my works.” 19Â You believe there is one God, do you? You are doing quite well. And yet the demons believe and shudder. 20Â But do you care to know, O empty man, that faith apart from works is inactive? 21Â Was not Abraham our father declared righteous by works after he had offered up Isaac his son upon the altar? 22Â You behold that [his] faith worked along with his works and by [his] works [his] faith was perfected, 23Â and the scripture was fulfilled which says: “Abraham put faith in Jehovah, and it was counted to him as righteousness,” and he came to be called “Jehovah’s friend.” 24Â YOU see that a man is to be declared righteous by works, and not by faith alone. 25Â In the same manner was not also Ra′hab the harlot declared righteous by works, after she had received the messengers hospitably and sent them out by another way? 26Â Indeed, as the body without spirit is dead, so also faith without works is dead.

Atheist, who don't believe in any god or goddess get married and their divorce rate in not any higher than that of Christians.
They also have friends (they just don't try to force their beliefs off on them, nor do they do the same to total strangers.)
They also have jobs and own businesses.
God is a good crutch for those who don't want to take responsibility for their chosen actions, nor face the consequences of the same (i.e., god will forgive me...)
Remember the same people who teach most persons to believe in a god also teach their children to believe in Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny, the Tooth Fairy, the Sandman, ghost and goblins, witches (the "evil" story book kind), etc. Later they tell them that all of that stuff was made up but god is "real".
Remember the old Russian saying, "Burn me once shame on you. burn me twice, shame on me!"
May it all be well with you.

I live by faith and I tell you because in this world there is a lot of uncertainty. My faith in God lets me know that he is in control and he loves me.You got to have faith to stay healthy because if worry or stress about anything long enough it will cause numerous amounts of diseases. Remember though faith without works is dead.
