At the moment, I use Herbal Essences Rainforest Flowers shampoo, and Herbal Essences Rainforest Flowers conditioner. I'm not really satisfied with the results, and I've also heard that Herbal Essences isn't a good shampoo, as it apparently washes out all of the hair's naturals moisture. What would you people recommend as the best shampoo and conditioner?

By the way, I've got shoulder-length hair.

Neutrogena Clean & Clear, both shampoo & conditioner.

Also the Aussie range are great!

Best hair care product - from Boots. Coconut & Almond Oil Leave in Conditioner Spray.....

***Avoid conditioners with silicon - they leave your hair feeling silky but put a barrier round the hair so it can't breathe at all***

I like the herbal essences conditioner, but the shampoo does dry the hair out a bit.

I like the Sunsilk shampoos, they're really nice.

I use tigi catwalk oatmeal and honey shampoo and conditioner and also use blondme a new hair range. They are salon exclusives and expensive though but I have bleached hair so I guess I have to stop it from breaking and falling out! The price we pay...!

Organix

The absolute best is the new brand called Organix. It has organic active ingredients and is sulfate-free so it wont dry out your hair, plus...it smells absolutely awesome! Organix has different collections for different hair types which are all amazing! You can get Organix at Target, Albertsons, Kroger, Bed Bath & Beyond, Duane Reade, Jewel, Safeway, etc. You'll love it!!!

I love Aussie mega shampoo, it's supposed to stop build up so you don;t need to keep changing shampoo and it does leave my hair really nice. Plus it smells lovely. It is a bit more expensive than normal shampoos though.

I LOVE L'oreal Nutri-gloss (the one in the pink bottle).

It leaves my hair so soft and shiny. It also doesn't make my hair go greasy too quickly which some shampoos have done in the past.
