the other day in church ...my cell phone went off and my ring tone "*@$# you, you &*#@ boy" started playing loudly...it caused quite the scene. What ring tone could i possibly choose that wouldn't cause such a uproar in a church...or is there a way of making my ring tone not quite as noticeable?

umm apparently the question is why do you even go to church..it seems you aren't getting a thing from it to have such an offensive song play as your ring tone...
and I have yet to understand why people need to share their music with others much less as their ring tone.. I always have mine on vibrate and in my pocket or in my purse..
Oh yeah I leave my phone behind when I go to mass

Seems to me if you visited church and listened to the teachings and lived by them you would not have such a foul ring tone or obscenity's like such in your life.

Okay.....do you really need your cell phone in church?! What's going to happen in 1 hour that can't wait? Also....what is so cool about having an raunchy ringtone? And....aren't you in church to be reverent and worshipping God. Maybe you should focus on that instead of worrying about what ring tone you should use!!!

Turn it off... vibrate mode... silent mode... ring volume... (these things were created for a reason)
And yes, of course, finding a less obnoxious ring tone might be a good idea for those times you forget.

Turn it off during times like that! If you don't want to be disturbed just shut it off.
For most times putting on vibrate shall suffice.
BUt most of the time you can hear the phone vibrating anyways.

The answer has been stated obviously here a few times. But have you also thought about not taking it. Yes I know it might hurt but life will go on. And when the service is over then just resume as usual.

Change the ring to silent or vibrate when you are in church. That is what I do.

i don't recognize anymore, it used to ring each and all of the time yet i began leaving it in my room so it could interupt my concentration on an identical time as i'm attempting to return up with each and all of the excellent and witty solutions in right here!! LOL

All cell phones can be silenced.
Look in the book that you received when you purchased your phone and find out how to do put it into this mode.
