pushups are a very good idea...

do 4 sets of max amoutn every weekday and do abs 7 days a week

the first set do regular pushups to work ur full chest.. then the second set do triangle pushups to get your triceps and lats

then 3rd and 4th set is a repeat of the first 2

goodluck

little guy i have been a natural bodybuilder for 5 years i wish when i started about 9 years ago i had someone to guide me. First beware where you get your info on things like this . push ups are a great way to begin with bcause its starts a good foundation you should see what you can do first . lets say u can do 30 pushups non stop, its hard but you can do it.
then your second set you could only get say.....22 then your third set ..18 OK. now the next time you do it which will not be the next day(like someone else said)because your pecs will need to recover you should try for 35,25,thenmaybe 20 every time you workout compete with yourself to do more. write it down and keep track of it. good luck
PS look up beverlyinternational.com and get them to send you a book for FREE this will help you alot

Start off eating a box a day and then see if you can step it up to two. I think it's just orange sherbert but the packaging is awsome. I love those things!!!

Do as many as you can at one time the first day, then add 5 more every week to build up your strength.

As much as you'd like. Just not over 50, your body would be like WHEW! And you'd ache all over the next day.

as many as you can. start doing them, and keep doing them, until you feel like you cant do anymore, and you cant. the last one should be very very hard.
