24 Hour Emergency Vet Clinic...go now. No one on the Internet can actually help your pup. We can make suggestions, but you need to get your pup professional help.
Being hysterical and out of control is not the mark of a responsible and mature pet owner.
Call every vet and shelter in your area until you get someone to help your pup.
I hope your pup gets better.

I doubt as a puppy , he has GDV if thats what you mean by bloat, but if you are freaking out, go to an emergency vet or vet college in you city, also have you dewormed your puppy, this causes bloated tummy, if not, do asap, worms in puppyies cause probs, and if you are going to the hosp, dont feed him anything else today.
Vet nurse.

I doubt it has bloat. It is a Chi puppy right!!! But vets DO have emergancy numbers that handle EMERGENCIES!!! Gonna have to pony up the $$$$$ and take the pup in for a check!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That is the down-side of pet ownership!!!!!!!
If it truly IS bloat....the dog will die pretty soon from shock, so you better get of the freaming computer and do something!!

If this is truly bloat you need to be at the vet NOW.
When this happens, if the dog torsions (stomach twists) the stomach will start to die. Even if you save the dog, you cannot restore the part of the stomach that has died.

You might want to check into calling an Animal Hospital.
I know for sure that some animal hospitals around here, you can call in and it like directly changes over to a vet.
If you REALLY THINK you need to take your puppy to the animal hospital you better call.
Check your yellow pages for Animal Hospitals.
I'm sure one of them would be able to help you out.
Besides why else are they called animal HOSPITALS?
