We look alot at moving ourselves into spirit, knowing and tasting and touching ourselves there (lol)
What of knowing Self as Spirit, and drawing Spirit here?
Could you walk yourself as Spirit here?
Is your house clean enough, is your heart clear enough?
who is it that would judge???
Would you need 5 more minutes to get it right, and then 5 more, and just a few more....
or could you bow your head and offer up all that you are, as you stand, no do-overs.....
what do you think this position would create for you?
How would you walk yourself as Spirit incarnate, conscious that you are Spirit, not veiled......
please tell me what you know of this, what you would like to know
and how can you get there from here, I wonder......

not so much astral projection.....
more of an expanded realized awareness, unbound by the limits of karma, motivated by the compassionate heart and the scent of Illumination.....

mmmmmm ~ no dancers ~
I have found it useful in my practices, to take the time to stand in the truth of where I am realized, right in this minute, in order to gain this as integrated wisdom, and to then build further from that as foundation.
For me, I cannot claim to know myself as pure dance, no dancer, at all times. So, for me, that is an intellectual understanding. I am interested in moving into cognition, this is how I grow, and this that I participate in here is part of my process. My dance looks something like touching the truth of this and then integrating, and so forth. Perhaps there will be no dancer, perhaps there always was and always will be. peace

You just spoke my whole week in a nutshell.
It's past the point of no return.
Focus is the key.
Order your thoughts
Read the signs, the meaning is in the symbol but the symbol is not in the meaning.
Stay in the light.
If you're confronted with fear, doubt, or guilt and the world goes flat. Deal with it and come back to grace.
Chop wood, carry water...it will help you think and release nervous energy.
Focus!
Remember your divinity.
Remind yourself as often as you need.
Accept the divine role that is given you.
Be fearless when speaking your truth or it will be taken away.
Love freely, and listen to music that reminds you how much you love.
Look at the old cliches...they carry more truth than people realize.
Get comfortable with an unbelievable and undeniable way of life.
Drink a beer...it will help settle you.
We are the Daywalkers and it takes one to know one.
It's all in the training.
What happens when two gods are gathered with one accord?
I recognized you this week and I sent you a message.

What would happen to your mind/body in expression if you were to release the notion that you are moving in isolation from anyone or anything in the universe? What if you let go of the need to control and create your life and just allowed every thought and feeling to have it's own spontaneous expression? Would your world come tumbling down on top of you, or would you become the monster you fear may be lurking within, or would you become the perfect expression of this particular aspect of the functioning of the Totality of Consciousness?
There are no dancers, there is just the dance.

Assalamu 'Alaikum Greetings, I am in agreement with Raji. This is a dark art. This is part of the 64 arts and sciences. Some call this an unethical (Siddhi) - super-normal ability, and is looked down upon within certain circles. A human may place them-self in grave danger with this type of unnatural interference. It can cause the practitioner great physical harm. I have studied much concerning the Siddhis. Several so-called Guru's, of recent times, lives were cut short because of practicing this type of a technique. The "Truth" is very simple. There are times when one sees a long discourse on a topic, driven to the intellectual boundaries of man, and then it collapses in a vain attempt to give an explanation. "Enlightenment" is but a faint shadow when placed near "Divine Luminous Wisdom", some call this "The Seventh Level of Consciousness". "Wisdom" is such a simple thing and when the mind experiences "Wisdom" for the first time , it quivers! "Peace be with you" Salaams,

Happy ~Hot~ Saturday, everybody!
Words, to describe all of this, are so inadequate, yet, we trudge on. =D
These are my own conclusions from having sat at the knees of my teachers. I use my words or at least, I try to!
Like Popeye says, "I am what I am" . I am expressed in a certain way. Most of it remains a mystery to me. As my life unfolds, I am there to meet it.
I do not suffer from the mind's "two and fro-ness" (dualism) anymore. I 'chop-chop' when the mind tries to take me into trouble. I stand WATCH...in a gentle way. Thus, there is much less suffering.
My ability to bring this kind of awareness into my life is thrilling...it is spirit incarnate. The only veiling comes when I believe that "I" am the doer and that something is at stake.
*Illumination* is that wonderful knowing that there is more to this life than just 'slogging through' to death. Awareness walks with us "forever"...there is no "taste" like it!

Have you seen the Zen text, 'The Ten Ox Herding Pictures'?
It beautifuly portrays the stages of the spiritual journey.
The very last picture, after the journey is complete, all is understood and enlightenment is achieved, shows a beaming old man with empty hands. It is called, 'Entering the market place with bliss bestowing hands'
Nothing special. To be enlightened is to live an ordinary life.

CShaki; this is a journey of great wealth. Understanding your massiveness is to CHALLENGE your heart.
Is this all fun and games? Hardly. You must do the clearing, cleaning and understanding the 'lack of judgement' enough to just plow forward and see the circumstances as
your road,...to enlightenment.
You'll have to walk through walls, that you have previously built.
You'll have to let go of self-definition to move over from the comfort of who you thought you were to recieve more....and more.....and more.....
You will have to break ground.
One little shovel-ful at a time.
Because Oneness matters.
Spirit matters
And so does the dance...
So, have fun...

The house is always clean enough.
Even the sh't clinging to the toilet bowl is Buddha.
Everything is Buddha, You don't move from form to spirit.
Form is spirit.
