you better take care of them.. if in doubt - remove them. You don't want melanoma..

Go to a GP or one of the cancer clinics around and have them checked. The clinics usually bulk bill for check-ups so it won't cost you anything.

Go to your G.P. and have them looked at.
If need be they should be surgically removed.
