I am a former chef and worked for a seafood wholesaler, to cook that size of a lobster your going to need a big pot or a bathtub , and at 7-10 minutes per pound that is 91-105 at most 150 minutes of cooking time, and I hate to say this, it will be as tough as shoe leather.
After they get above the 5-7 pound range there a bit tough and they need to be stewed, unless you are intending to make lobster newburg or thermidor, and it will feed ony 4-6 people, but the fuss and mess is going be big time.
I was at the retail store for our opening and we had a 13 pounder for display, we had alot of offers but did not sell it, it is not a good choice, and even in the US, at $7-8.00 a pound, it is a big investment for something you will not be pleased with, buy some smaller ones and have a nice boiled lobster dinner, let this one go and die in the ocean, he close to 200 yrs old now.

You are all being mislead when you re told the larger lobsters are going to be... "tough as shoe leather". This is totally untrue! I digress, if you boil the lobster that may be so.
The secret to maintaining moist delicious meat in the larger lobster specimens is to steam them no more than 5 to 6 minutes per pound and a "bathtub" is not needed.
I steamed a 14 pounder in a 16 quart stock pot for 75 minutes using nothing but good clean water. No beer, onion or spices were necessary. Although I needed a small hand sledge to break the massive claws... the meat obtained was unbelievably moist and completely delicious. It was more than enough for four people.
By the way one of Newport, Rhode Island s top chefs convinced me to attempt steaming the larger lobsters... not boiling them. It was a pleasant surprise to realize that the larger lobsters could be enjoyed... more so than the smaller ones. I have not hesitated in steaming 12, 10 and 8 pounders with the same delicious results.
Bon Appétit

That is one BIG sucker!!! Considering the shell weight, I'm guessing that you should be able to feed 6-8 on it, that is with all the trimmings......and you should have enough left over to make a great lobster salad or lobster rolls with.....so enjoy that big thing!!!

A 1/4lb is the average sized potion, so when you work out how much meat you will get you will be able to work it out.
That is one big bug.
