i just adopted a 4yr old female cat and her boobs are huge i asked them at the humane society if she was pg they said no she has been spayed but why are they like that they were clueless,it looks odd but she is a sweetheart very pretty cat i just wonder ??she was owner surrenendered but they will not tell ya why?Makes ya wonder if she had a litter then they gave her up for adoption? will her boobs eventually shrink back to size? i have never had a cat so i'm clueless?

She was owner surrendered July 17th so it has been awhile and they are still swollen?it ia odd cause certain spots on her tummy if you touch she will nip at you like it hurts

It is common for people to surrender a cat that has kittens or is pregnant. That is when people decide that they do not want them anymore!!!! Most shelters spay before offering for adoption, so she could have been nursing or pregnant just before adoption.
Sad but true!!!!!!!
If either are the case, they will shrink.

my cat was the same way. After her kittens were old enough and left the house with their new families, we got her fixed. when Lilly came home I was shocked at the way her nipples looked. In about a week and a half they went down. You would never know that she was a mommy now. All better.

Talk to your vet immediately and make an appointment to have your cat examined! There are many possible reasons for this and they need to be investigated so proper care can be given if a situation arises.

Gosh, nicely my boobs began around like... 5th-6th grade? nicely, 6th grade became as quickly as I have been given my first bra besides. i'm in the eigth grade now. ok so for me, the weeks in the previous i began out my era, i observed that my discharge became so heavy that I felt it. yet no longer something to rigidity approximately, provided that for the period of lots of cases only exceeded off as quickly as an afternoon or a pair of days. And your boobs experience form of humorous in the previous your era. And months in the previous I have been given my era, I used to get month-to-month abdomen aches. yet then they stopped around January '08. i do no longer extremely understand if this helps, yet that is my own adventure.

She could very well have just given birth OR was pregnant at the time she was spayed. If the swelling doesn't go down within a week or so, seek veterinary care.

She probably is pregnant again. Feel her stomach and if it is round then she is. Her "boobs" will probably shrink back, just like humans.
