Think about this for a second. Trolls are usually level 1's cause they make accounts just to troll and target people to get the violations/suspensions. If you are serious about getting up in levels, you can get to level 2 in three days if you don't ask questions, answer all you can, and vote all you can. If level 1's weren't able to file false abuse reports, then trolls wouldn't be able to target people. If something really warrants to be removed, can't you count on the serious answers members to report them?
What do you think? I put a suggestion in the suggestion forum...but you know how that goes.

Why do they have level's anyway? I'm very new to this Q and A thing, but I'm serious about my answers! I just don't understand why they put a limit on the new people.

Lorreign...May work for a while till they got to level 2 then what? lol, can't report till level 3? LOL Many of the "top contributers" have many accts for just such as this!
Trolls don't care, we can putup as many roadblocks as we can and they'd still find a way. :(

That's really not a bad idea at all. I doubt that they'll ever do it, but it would probably help out a lot.
