I need to find an area in New Castle, De, that will help me teach my teenage kids how to drive. A few parents I've spoken to have advised me to learn right in my neighborhood but its not very big, but there is alot of traffic.

A mall parking lot is always the best bet. Especially in snow.

That should work and I used High School parking lots because it helped to learn how to do the three point turn and parking.

i agree with the last three in a big parking lot use the light poles as obstacles to learn how to manuvere park , ect. also parking lots are perfect to learn how to drive in the winter time when snow is on the lot teaches them control if they slide how to brake and accelerate especially if it is a rear wheel drive vehicle.

On Rt. 9 back side of the DRBA or the DRBA Vetern Memorial parking area on the weekends.

empty parking lot
go to a corporation on sunday they are ususally empty and the kid can get a feel for the car
