I always recommend just a plain ole ordinary daily vitamin, it has all that you need. Nothing fancy or expensive about it.

Vitamin pills are only a supplement.

You need to eat a proper diet to get the vitamins and minerals you need on a daily basis, not just take pills.

there are many wonderful vitamins that will supply what your body needs daily. I've enclosed a link to a vitamin that I use and find it works very good and does not cost a fortune.

Centrum. Or any generic version of it. I am not sure it supplies 100 percent of everything, but I think it does. Or try prenatal vit. theire great and they are so good to make your skin, hair and nails look gorgeous..

Yes there is , and has been for years. You can buy them at WalMart. Get their generic brand. It'll save you money. Get generic Centrum. It'll say "Equate daily mutivitamin--compare to Centrum." Good luck with that. :)
