I'm writing a thank you letter for a job interview I did yesterday and I'm not sure what to put as the subject. "Thank you"... just doesn't sound right. Any ideas?

You can put Regarding interview with (name) on (date).

Actually, it would be much nicer, and more memorable if you instead send a thank you letter in the mail, rather than email. Shows you are willing to make more of an effort.
