It might mean he likes you, or it might not. Here are some other signs to look for:
1) When looking back at you, he sticks his but out to show it off.
2) You catch him looking around in your underwear drawer.
3) Whenever you leave the house, he's outside in his car listening to "You are so Beautiful" and claims to be there to hang out with your brother. He says the binoculars are for birdwatching.

well, my brothers best friend used to like me, he may stil, but thats not the point. u see, he wouldnt look at me all the time, but when i would talk to him he would be kind of shy, or not say much. but he would still talk to me and look at me once and a while. it is hard to tell if he likes u wiht just the info u gave. but, i am 52% sure he likes u.

If whenyour brother is aroundyouwithhis friend his friend will pay more attentiono you instead of your bro. If your bro wants togo somewhere away from you his friend insists tostay by you. If when he sees you he kind of smiles to himself and then walks away really fast. Also if he calls looking for your brother but ends up talkingto you instead on the phone. If you like my answer. uhhh....this is hard why dont you just ask him all though it is the boys.man.guys code to not ever date your best friends sister maybe if you talk to your brother about it first and then ask him i even knew that and im not a boy its like a rule to them!!! and i dont even think grils have that!!! lol

Does he know you? If he doesn't, maybe he was wondering who u were. If he does know you, maybe they were talking about something private and didn't want u to hear. IT doesn't mean he likes you, but it could....depends....need more info!
