every time i consume citric acid or hot contents my stomach hurts?

well every time i consume a can of soda or juice or have some hot contents eaten my stomach hurts really bad then stops after like 5seconds ,can anyone tell me why? and thanks even if you just looked at this.

sodas, spicy foods and juice are acidic and can cause severe irritation to the stomach lining. Stop using these foods for two weeks and see if that doesn't make a difference.

it's best to eat foods like rice, Potatoes, bananas, bread,oatmeal and pasta without tomato sauce at this time. You will start to feel better when you eat soothing foods.

It only hurts for like 5 seconds? That is a little weird. I have never seen it for only 5 seconds, however the things that you are describing normally are something that cause acid indigestion. Which would cause a stomach ache. Maybe it is only lasting that long, because it is a new thing to you, so it is just starting, I would be careful with eating things that cause that, cause most likely it will get worse. I would suggest some TUMS or something of that nature.

Welcome to GERD, a.k.a. acid reflux. There are many over-the-counter remedies, and one (or more) of them will work for you, in all likelihood. Avoiding foods that seem to trigger this reaction won't be that hard. Start making a list of what bothers your stomach.

BTW, if you happen to be overweight, a smallish weight loss (15-20 lbs. for someone more than 30 lbs. overweight) may make a huge positive change in GERD.

Acid reflux. Try using tums.Avoid what bothers you until it gets better. The doctor will give you some Prilosec or you can purchase it over the counter.

Freshly squeezed. Concentrate is usually too sour and way to easy to hide mind altering substances in.
