i eat 2 cups everyday, i am worried because people are saying not to eat them because they are high in sugar. should i stop eating them. i have read they are almost as bad as hershey kisses.

please list your resource if you have information

grapes are good for you. yess, they're high in sugar, but grape sugar s one of the healthiest kinds of sugar

Switch to organic grapes. Non organic have high levels of pesticides/insecticides. I buy the globe grapes and eat the seeds for the oil benefit. It does take some getting use to. Otherwise grapes are very healthy for you, they contain flavonoids and restival (sorry I misspelled those two antioxidants, but they are powerful none the less).

no. there is a difference between fruit sugars and the sugar in chocolate. grapes have roughly 3.6 calories each. try them frozen for a special treat.

all natural foods are optimum for health. although it's always best to eat a variety of foods as they all have different nutrient profiles. a diet comprised of a variety of naturally occurring foods would be optimum for health

It is good sugar though so it is fine
