I've been a Buck Distributor and stocking Buck knife Dealer for the last 20+ years in my Gun Shop. They are outstanding quality and I carry a folding 110 and have as long as I can remember (along with a few million other people....lol) Great steel and brass components, hand fitted and customer service second to none in the industry.Nuff said ?

I've never had good luck keeping an edge on a Buck. In case someone wants to say that maybe I just don't know how to sharpen a knife, so be it. I've never had trouble with my Casexx blades holding an edge. I also had a Buck lockback fold on me one time while I was using it. I've not had another since then. For those of you who just love your Buck knives, more power to you. We all like what we like.

As with most product lines, as the price of the product goes up, so does quality. I'm sure that the higher priced Bucks are a little better made than the cheaper models.

I've carried a Buck M-110 Folding hunter from the late 1970's until the last couple of year. I think the quality is great, then again, the newest Buck knife I own is still over 20 years old.

I haven't been without a Buck Model 110 since the mid-seventies. I've had about eight in that time, the newest one bought just last month. Just as good as the first one. And why so many if they're so well made? I use them hard and constantly since I always have one on me. Even the best knife will wear out or get lost.

buck knives are great. the reason most people can not keep an edge on them is they get the edge bevel wrong when sharpening. the steel in a buck is very hard and very sensitive on sharpening.

I don´t know this knife personally but it is featured in Knives by Pat Farey who seems to have a good opinion of it.
