Pick her water and food dishes up about two hours before you go to bed at night .Also make sure to toilet lid is down. You should also let her out just before bed time. This should help since her bladder wont have much in it. If the bed wetting continues.I would bring her to a different vet because that is not normal and she might have an infection.

Many times after a spay, it is a bit harder for a female dog to hold her urine until she is fully healed. They have a product called pooch panties that you can put pads into them to absorb the urine, try this until she is healed. If after a reasonable time she is still having issues, bring her back to the vet.

I do not advise just using a cloth or towel because you need something to keep the dog dry and pull the urine away from her skin otherwise you can cause a staph infection on her skin.

Pet smart has a product you could look into:

It can happen, but there is medication that can help! Talk to the vet about it again, or get another vet that knows something!!!!!!

Keep her inside that way she doesn't get sprayed. Take her out to go potty regularly, but make sure that no other dog is near her. I am pretty sure you don't want to look at every doys parts just to be sure if she can go by them right! Well good luck.
