There is a few out there that i know of.... It doesn't include hersheys but you can always add it to the mix.
Double fudge
Picture-http://allrecipes.com/Cooks-Profile/Photo.aspx?photoID=6170
INGREDIENTS
2 cups white sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1 cup milk
4 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
Grease an 8x8 inch square baking pan. Set aside.
Combine sugar, cocoa and milk in a medium saucepan. Stir to blend, then bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer. Do not stir again.
Place candy thermometer in pan and cook until temperature reaches 238 degrees F(114 degrees C). If you are not using a thermometer, then cook until a drop of this mixture in a cup of cold water forms a soft ball. Feel the ball with your fingers to make sure it is the right consistency. It should flatten when pressed between your fingers.
Remove from heat. Add butter or margarine and vanilla extract. Beat with a wooden spoon until the fudge loses its sheen. Do not under beat.
Pour into prepared pan and let cool. Cut into about 60 squares.
It is very easy to make and very tasty. It doesn't include hershy's chocolate but on this site below, it has tons of fudge recipies that probably have hershey's and condend milk. Sorry if I didn't help. But enjoy the recipie!

Actually, I don't use a recipe. I mix all the ingredients together, adding some ingredients along the way.
Here is a recipe I like:
1 cup choclate chips
1/2 cup heay cream
2 tsp vanilla extract
Melt together. Refridgerate. This actually makes better truffles than fudge.
Hope this helps.
Oh yeah, another good fudge recipe is on the back of the marshmallow fluff container. That fudge turns out kinda sweet, but it's really good.
Also, you could type in "fudge recipe" on the internet. Or you could go onto foodnetwork.com. On that website, there are lots of great recipes for fudge and for other recipes!
Again, hope this helps!!!

Rich Cocoa Fudge
• 3 cups sugar
• 2/3 cup Hershey's Cocoa or Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/2 cup condensed milk
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Line an 8- or 9-inch square pan with foil, extending foil over edges of pan. Butter foil.
Mix sugar, cocoa and salt in heavy (4-quart) saucepan; stir in milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a full rolling boil. Boil, without stirring, until mixture reaches 234 degrees on a candy thermometer, or until a small amount of mixture dropped into very cold water forms a soft ball which flattens when removed from water. (Bulb of candy thermometer should not rest on bottom of saucepan).
Remove from heat. Add 1/4 cup butter and vanilla.
DO NOT STIR. Cool at room temperature to 110 degrees. Beat with wooden spoon until fudge thickens and just begins to lose some of its gloss. Quickly spread into prepared pan; cool completely. Cut into squares. Store in airtight container at room temperature.
n Makes about 36 pieces or 1 3/4 pounds. (For best results, do not double this recipe.)

Yes! Make the hershey's cocoa recipe. I haven't seen it on the can in a while, it's on the website.
It's very easy, until you get to the last part-it says not to stir until it cools to 110 or something-
Don't wait that long! It get hard in the pan, infact, I don't wait at all, I stir while it's hot, then pour directly into the square cake pan and let it cool.
