Add some chicken.

a porkchop would be good with that stuff on top, or chicken.

Maybe add green and red peppers, or cubed chicken. I know this may sound strange, but fried apples are yummy and would sweeten the other ingredients a bit and add a whole new dimension to them. I'm not sure how they do with the garlic powder though....

Maybe some cooked noodles with a butter garlic sauce.

Shrimp? If you like spice, throw some red pepper flakes in.

Sounds like it needs rice to me. And ground meat or chicken if you aren't vegetarian. Maybe broccoli and snow peas. Turn in into a stir fry.

Some wild rice & sliced ripe olives would be yummy.

Or a diced fresh tomato, or green peppers, or even some pepperoni slices.

Have a steak and add that over the top when cooked, with mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables.

I would add a splash or two of worchestershire sauce. Adds a great zip for taste.
