Adam & Eve had many children. They only name the first ones in the bible. Just read the first books of Genesis.

Well, yes, Cain killed Abel.
He married one of his sisters. This was not such a bad idea THEN. Well, it was the only track to take as there were no non-family female available. Even today, close relatives -cousins - (e.g. children of two sisters) can and do get married to each other. The Bible does say that Adam and Eve had many children. It does not say exactly how many but it seem obvious that there were many, especially with reference to the mark of Cain (that would prevent others from killing him in return).
"Gen 5:4 And the days of Adam after he had begotten Seth were eight hundred years: and he begot sons and daughters."

The Bible says that Adam & Eve were the first but it does not say they were the the only humans. There were lands, right because Cane was marked by God so that other people wouldn't kill him and he settled into the land of Nod and took a Wife. The answer is simple, God made other People.

A supposed answer to this question is, people lived much longer then (hundreds of years) and obviously there was some incestuous relations.
But, I guess theoretically, a really old man [a few hundred years] could have reproduced with a young cousin, that was removed by several generations. and so on and so on ....

Adam and Eve weren't the only humans (read Genesis). However, they were the only ones in the Garden of Eden. They formed a precursor of 'Gods chosen people'.
The situation after the flood would have been a bit more incestuous though!!

adam and eve had many children, those days women were not mentioned to often, only the sons were mentioned, adam and eve probly had over 100 children, remember they lived till they were 800 or somthing, cain would of mated with one of his sisters, back then incest was not a sin, god made this a sin later on in life, so you were not able to have relations with close relatives, but you could breed, and marry your cousins, and thats still the same today.

There a different hypothesis, it could be his mother, but that is not possible. Adam was giving many other women before Eve. He could have children from them. Or it is that the earth was inhabited by many other humans. Or God created evolution to make monkeys in to humans

No mate CAIN killed ABEL.
He was then banished from Eden into the Land of Nod which inexplicably was full of people who he married into.
For a book purportedly telling truth (Gospel means truth) it falls down on a logical level.

Adam & Eve could have had other kids. And Genesis implies that there were other people created before Adam & Eve. Read Genesis chapter 1 & 2.

In Genesis 1:26-27 (which is part of the 6th day of creation) it states: "26) And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. 27) So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. "
So men and women were created on the 6th day.
On the 8th day God created Adam since there was not a man to till the ground (Genesis 2:5 "And every plant of the field before it was in the earth, and every herb of the field before it grew: for the LORD God had not caused it to rain upon the earth, and there was not a man to till the ground.") and in verse 7 (Genesis 2) God actually creates Adam himself (Genesis 2:7 "And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.")
So, there were other men and women around from the 6th day creation. Which would include the land of Nod to which Cain went and dwelt in and found a wife (Genesis 4:16-17 "16--And Cain went out from the presence of the LORD, and dwelt in the land of Nod, on the east of Eden. 17--And Cain knew his wife; and she conceived, and bare Enoch: and he builded a city, and called the name of the city, after the name of his son, Enoch.")

One of his sisters.
Adam and Eve had many children, girls and boys. As the world was new and fresh, it was quite possible for brothers and sisters to marry. That was only banned later when Moses was given the law.
