If you think they are being deliberately misleading that's a job for Trading Standards not the police.This is why you cant get a policeman when you really need one because the call centres are overwhelmed with complaints that are not police related.

as long as you know going in, that the fee is 5% of the assets to adminster, there is no need to let the police know, and besides, if they are not letting you know that the fee is 5%, upon signing, it is not a police matter, it is cival,.....

have you checked the local laws about the fee that the court will award if you die without a Will and they appoint an Administrator of your Estate?? [google works for this]


Seems to me I recall that it can be 6% or more in some areas.
