That is the most twisted piece of logistical nonsense I have ever heard or seen.
And you left out a good portion of the definition of "God."
1. God
a. A being conceived as the perfect, omnipotent, omniscient originator and ruler of the universe, the principal object of faith and worship in monotheistic religions.
b. The force, effect, or a manifestation or aspect of this being.
2. A being of supernatural powers or attributes, believed in and worshiped by a people, especially a male deity thought to control some part of nature or reality.
3. An image of a supernatural being; an idol.
4. One that is worshiped, idealized, or followed: Money was their god.
5. A very handsome man.
6. A powerful ruler or despot.
The word god has many meanings-not all of them pertaining to THE God.
1. God---a.) & b.) ---God (capital G) is worshipped in many religions, i.e.Christianity, Judaism, Muslim, and too many others to list, who all worship God, although by different names.---- Key words: "conceived as."
2. Key words: " believed in"
3. Key words: "idol"
4. Key words: "one---------idolized" (Ex: "Elvis (small g) was a god."
5.) Key words: "handsome man" ??? (small g)
6.) Key words: "ruler" and " despot (Ex: "Hitler really believed that he was God." He wasn't God--he only thought he was A god.)
So yes, God, gods and more gods exist. But God, (capital G) who cannot be seen or touched, exists only in the minds of those who believe through their FAITH that He is real. Since no one has reported lately that they have actually seen God or had God over for coffee, your statement that "God MUST exist," is not true. Only through FAITH can God exist.

No, and I pitty your poor logic.
I could make up a word right now and give it a meaning and insist that it is real, but that doesn't nessicarilly make it true.
For example:
Lybenary: A creature known throughout the 15th century for being a murdering beast with three wings and five eyes.
I just made that up out of the top of my head. So, now the Lybenary may be a real word, and it has a definition, but it is not really a creature from the 15th century.
Get it?

Because the word god exists an actual god must exist? That is perhaps the worst reasoning I have ever seen.

You have a good point: The concept of deity is found in the language of every culture... so it does seem to be suggestive of there being a God.
However, there are two kinds of logic: deductive and inductive. I can't remember which is which, but one of them draws logical conclusions that are pretty much undeniable. The other refers to logic that only "suggests" a conclusion, but does not prove it. This argument you have given is an example of the latter form of logic.
For instance, I could apply the same logic to these words: vampire, zombie, AI cyborg, etc... yet none of these things actually exist... They are all figments of our imagination.
I believe there is a God. I feel that in my heart, and have felt so upon every occasion when I have believed in Him. But I have yet to find a logical argument that truly proves his existence. Logic is just insufficient for finding the whole truth...
The reason logic is inadequate, is because logic draws upon knowledge. It requires knowledge in order to draw conclusions. You can only draw conclusions about things you know about. Since humans do not live long enough to have knowledge of everything, logic can never give us a COMPLETE understanding of the truth.
That's why we also have to listen to our hearts, which can tune into the One Who Knows Everything... Our hearts can only tell us truth when we are willing to believe.
So, unfortunately, those who say they will not believe until they have proof are denying themselves of spiritual "moments of truth"... proof that comes AFTER one has exercised faith.

The word GOD is a word and like all words has some meaning, so yes the WORD GOD EXISTS, but its meaning doesnt mean that God exists simply because it defines it.

of all the good arguements for christianity, you chose this lump of foolishness.
Also, anyone saying unicorn, purple people eater, or other mythical creatures are idiots. The arguement (which is somewhat decent, but still to abstract to be considered a good arguement) says that the 'Idea of God' proves his existance. Purple people eaters are based on other things, like the color purple, people, and eating, but since the spiritual beings cannot be sensed their idea must come from something outside that. I.E. the spiritual realm. Manticores, minotaurs, nagas, medusa, unicorns, treants, etc etc are all based on other creatures.
Once again I personally do not believe this arguement, but I felt that I should more thoroughly explain it.

All words are meaningless - they are merely the tools humans have learned to use to communicate. The words themselves hold no more meaning than dirt - they're simply tools used to express things. The word "God" implies no more proof of existence than the word "fairy."

I think that would not suffice reason. I mean every word has meaning and that includes those that does not exist. The reason why words exist is such that it signifies something in reality - maybe in the real sense or in the mind - making it meaningful.
And if we are to accept your syllogism then unicorns would exist as well.
