You mean alcohol? if you mean the drop left in your glass after a pint ( all those who answered ' backwash ' thanks for making me feel sick ha ha ) it used to be called, many years ago, a gentlemans piece or peace, not sure which but if your talking about the drink left at the bottom of the brewing bottle or barrel, its called the sediment.
