I look horrible... my face is sunken in ... I skipped lunch for the past 3 days... maybe I should eat more eggs....

for starters, DONT SKIP ANY MEAL. doing so will hurt your body in the long run, and you increase your chances of being sick more often. if you want to gain weight, try lifting weights. you add muscle mass to your body and no fat. you should also try eating around 2500 calories a day to get your body back up to its regular size. accomplish this by eating 5-6 small, healthy meals a day with water. also limit your jogging and/or walking to around 2-3 times a week. hope this helps.

start by not skipping lunch. get 25% of your daily cals from proteins 50% from low GI carbs like oats, whole grain rice, lentils, beans, yams, etc. and 25% from healthy fats. determine your BMR and increase that by 500 cals. consume that for 2 weeks if no weight gain increase the cals by 10% each week until weight gain occurs

Goats milk it its high in fat and will give you more weight
Eggs but take the yolk out its what has all the bad stuff the white is pure protein.
just a few suggestions.
P.S. you can get goats milk at the grocery store.

well most people try to lose weight hmm....... you could try to eat more i guess or go jogging only once in a while that might help.
