A B.A. or B.S. and an M.B.A. probably wouldn't hurt.

There is no general requirement for any specific degree, but lately the top agents all seem to have law degrees. The ability to negotiate a contract on your clients behalf is the most important part of being an agent after you get them an audition/interview/job.
