try swimming. it will burn off a lot of fat in the long run and will help tone your body to become a lot firmer. use your bands to do some resistance exercises, like bicep curls. and a reminder: you CANT burn off fat from one certain area at one time. its impossible. your body decides when and where to lose its fat. hope this helps.

Since we cant spot reduce body fat the only way to get rid of fat in specific areas is by lowering body fat percentage which you achieve by healthy diet and exercise.
sit ups and crunches only build muscle, they dont burn fat and will make your belly look bigger.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise and burns fat all over your body (running, jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical etc) 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), weight training a few days a week but never work on the same muscle group two days in a row (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

The best way to lose fat is by doing cardio. Personally, I like aerobics, like cardio kickboxing or step. If you still need to define your abs a good ab workout for the lower abs is : lay down on your back and hold on to your workout buddy's ankles', lift your legs straight up and try to hit his hands as his arms are stretched out. Do that until you can't stand it! Good luck:)
P.S. Here's a cool site for abs

Lots of running. Its good to run everyday..perhaps 20-30 mins a day...you can run and walk during the exercise. Also, reduce your intake of carbs. Within a month you should lose 10ib or more.

do about 25+ minutes of cardio, maybe swim or look for pool exercises on google, and ab work everyday along with a diet of maybe five small meals a day along with drinking lots of water.

You can't loose fat in only one spot on your body. You'll have to do normal stuff to loose fat. Eat right, cardio, and such.
