Energy is endemic to all matter, and any godlike formation would at least have that as a component. But the real question is, why do we assume that such an entity would be giving us rules to follow that are clearly defective, and be vindictive against his own creations, be responsible for evil, answer all prayers even if from antagonists, and so on, ad infinitum.

The God Force is Cosmic Energy, both Matter & Anti Matter. All matter is created from these (this) energy. How about this for a Trinity? Energy/Matter/Anti Matter = Creation

What a good question.

Since science cannot explain or provide any evidence supporting a god, the matter that would allow a possible explanation would have to be one we haven't discovered yet.

Great question though!

God is above our rules of life that we cannot excape from. He is not bound by time, nor by the scientific laws in our world that say everything must be made of matter.

He created the very IDEA of matter. So you tell me, is He even made of matter?

Pure energy. It's supports the big bang theory. God is this big ball of energy. He created the universe, so the universe was essentially sprung from this one center of energy. BANG. :)

He is no "Matter" (i.e. water, hydrogen, fluffy soft cotton). He is God. i don't know what He is made up of and frankly i don't care because it does not matter...
