Hello, i like photography ( please view freewebs.com/johnnyphotography ) and i was wondering if anyone knew a good photo editing site, that requires No downloads or anything, and i would also prefer an option on the site that made the pic black and white, but one thing in the pic was it's color (ex: everything is black and white, except a purple flower)

it has a ton of features that will allow you to easily convert photos to black and white along with a bunch of other features. it's really a great program! i still use photoshop more because i like that i have more freedom with it, but picnik is great for quick changes

There's none that I know of, it would still require you to UPload the image edit it then DOWNload the image back to your computer, it would be impossible without SOME kind of transmission.
There are free programs that you can download to convert to B&W or gray scale, such as Infranview, but to something like you want to do you would need something a little more powerful, like Photoshop, or Paint Shop Pro, the latter one being the cheaper program.

Picasa is a free program from Google that has its own editing capabilities and can also link to Picnik and use its features.

mytheme.com is good I would check it out I use it and my pictures come out good but if it is not what your looking for I am sorry =(
